3.4 Meeting Bookings & Duration (via Cal.com)
Mahmoud Noaman Studios provides online meeting bookings through Cal.com. Clients may choose between a free 30-minute meeting and a paid 60-minute meeting, depending on their requirements.
All meetings are strictly limited to the selected duration. Once the booked time ends, the meeting will be concluded to ensure schedule fairness and availability for other clients. The client is responsible for selecting the appropriate meeting type based on the expected discussion length and required support.
These meetings are provided for consultation and guidance purposes only (including Q&A, clarification, and advisory discussions). They do not include full project execution, hands-on development, implementation, or delivery of complete work. Any development work, project execution, or deliverables (if required) must be agreed separately under a written quotation, scope, or project agreement.
Clients may reschedule or cancel their meeting up to 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Any cancellation or rescheduling request made within less than 15 minutes may be treated as a late cancellation.
If the client fails to attend the meeting (no-show) or joins more than 15 minutes late, the session will be treated as a no-show and may be considered used and completed.
Mahmoud Noaman Studios reserves the right to limit, decline, cancel, or reschedule bookings where repeated, unfair, disruptive, or inappropriate use of the booking system is identified.
Bookings are facilitated via Cal.com as a third-party scheduling platform. Mahmoud Noaman Studios is not responsible for any downtime, technical issues, scheduling errors, payment interruptions, or failures caused by Cal.com or related third-party services.
Meeting availability is subject to capacity, working hours, and operational constraints and may be modified, limited, or removed at any time without prior notice.
3.5 Working Hours & Business Days
Mahmoud Noaman Studios operates during official business hours. Our standard working schedule is Monday to Thursday, from 09:00 to 17:00 (London time), excluding public holidays.
All communications, support, project delivery timelines, and meeting availability are handled within these working hours. Requests received outside working hours, on non-working days, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Outside our official working hours, clients may still submit a support ticket or contact us via email. In urgent exceptional cases, a very limited number of staff may be available to respond outside working hours; however, such availability is not guaranteed and remains subject to capacity and operational constraints.
Mahmoud Noaman Studios reserves the right to adjust business hours, availability, and operating schedules at any time without prior notice.
Urgent exceptional cases may include, for example, critical service disruption, payment-related issues, or urgent access/login problems that prevent the client from using an active service.
4.1 If you submit content to our website (e.g., feedback, comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and distribute this content.
4.2 You agree not to post or upload content that is offensive, illegal, or violates any third-party rights.
5.1 Payment for services is subject to the terms outlined in individual agreements.
5.2 All payments must be made on time, and delays may result in service suspension.
5.3 Payment Processing
All online payments are securely processed through Stripe. By proceeding with a payment, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and our policies outlined on this page.
5.4 Hourly-Based Services
For hourly-based services, such as the Elite and Ultimate packages, we will clearly communicate and agree upon the hourly rate before payment. The minimum payment corresponds to one hour of service.
5.6 Advance Payment
All services require full payment in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Work will only commence once payment has been successfully processed.
5.7 Project Quotation, Delivery Timeline & Handover
For full project engagements, all pricing and deliverables are confirmed through an official quotation (“Quotation”) issued by Mahmoud Noaman Studios. The quotation is based on the estimated effort required to complete the agreed scope of work, including working hours, operational costs, and service fees.
The standard turnaround time for project completion typically ranges from 5 to 7 working days. However, this timeframe may vary depending on the volume, readiness, and complexity of the client’s data, requirements, requested revisions, third-party integrations, and the overall project scope.
Work will only commence once the client has approved the initial demo (where applicable) and a 50% non-refundable deposit has been successfully paid, as specified in the agreed quotation. This deposit is strictly non-refundable and secures the project schedule, resources, and development time allocation.
During the development phase, the project will be built, tested, and hosted on our proprietary infrastructure (Mahmoud Noaman Studios Servers) to ensure controlled deployment, quality assurance, and stability throughout the production process.
Upon final completion and client approval of the delivered work, the remaining 50% balance becomes immediately due. Final delivery, source files (where applicable), credentials, and project migration to the client’s designated hosting environment will only take place after the final payment has been received in full.
Once the outstanding balance is settled, the project will be handed over and migrated to the client’s chosen server—whether it is a hosting solution provided by Mahmoud Noaman Studios or an external server managed by the client.
5.8 Paid Meetings, Charges & Additional Sessions
The free 30-minute meeting is available once per client and is intended for initial consultation purposes only. If additional time is required after the free meeting ends, the client must book the paid 60-minute meeting.
The paid 60-minute meeting is charged at £5 GBP per session and is strictly non-refundable. This includes, without limitation, cases of no-show, late arrival, missed attendance, or failure to reschedule/cancel within the permitted timeframe.
If the client fails to attend the paid meeting (no-show) or joins more than 15 minutes late, the session will be treated as used and completed, and no refund will be issued.
Any overtime, extension, or continuation beyond the booked session duration is not included. Once the booked time ends, the meeting will be concluded. If additional time is required (even a few extra minutes), a new paid session must be booked and paid for in advance.
If the client requires further assistance after a paid meeting ends, a new paid session must be booked and paid for again. This policy applies due to limited availability and continuous meeting scheduling during working days.
Mahmoud Noaman Studios reserves the right to update meeting pricing, duration options, availability, and booking structure at any time without prior notice.
5.9 Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the nature of our work, all payments are considered final. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional cases and at the sole discretion of Mahmoud Noaman Studios. If work has already begun, partial refunds might not be applicable.
5.10 Overdue Payments
In cases where payment is delayed or incomplete, Mahmoud Noaman Studios reserves the right to withhold or suspend ongoing work until payment is received in full.
6.1 Mahmoud Noaman Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services.
6.2 Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or project.
7.1 Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.
8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
8.2 Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
9.1 We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
